1. Order Processing Time

Fulfillment Speed: Once you complete your checkout process—whether you choose a secure prepaid method via Razorpay or select Cash on Delivery (COD)—our team immediately gets to work.
Quality Inspection: Every saree, kurti, and kurta undergoes a thorough quality check at our unit. Orders are typically processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the date the order was placed.
Please Note: Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or major national holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Timelines

We aim to make our premium ethnic wear accessible to everyone. Our shipping rates and delivery schedules are detailed below:

Domestic Shipping (Across India):
- We offer reliable nationwide shipping. Any applicable shipping fees or free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on your screen before you finalize your order at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your geographic location and local courier schedules (metros generally receive packages faster than remote regions).
Global Vision (International Shipping):
- As part of our commitment to taking rich Indian culture and premium traditional textiles global, we plan to extend our shipping services worldwide. International delivery timelines and rates vary based on destination countries and will be calculated transparently at checkout.
- Customs and Duties: For international orders, any import duties, customs fees, or local clearance taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Automated Tracking & Real-Time Status Updates

You will never have to worry about where your package is. Because you share your contact details during our quick guest checkout, we keep you informed through automated email lifecycles:

Dispatch Alert: The moment your package is handed over to our courier partner, an automated email will be sent to your registered Email ID.
Tracking Link: This email will contain your unique Tracking ID / AWB Number and a direct live link. You can click this link at any time to monitor the real-time movement of your parcel.
Delivery Day Update: You will receive a notification on the day your delivery agent is out to deliver your package, ensuring you are available to receive your beautiful Komalam attire.

4. Important Delivery Guidelines

Address Accuracy: Since we use a fast checkout system without a mandatory user login, please double-check your Full Name, Shipping Address, Pincode, and Mobile Number before placing the order. Komalam cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to make the cash payment to the delivery courier agent when your package arrives.
Damaged Shipments: If you notice that the external shipping package is heavily damaged, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package from the courier agent. Take a quick photo and contact our WhatsApp support immediately.
