1. Simple One-Step Checkout (No Prior Login Required)

To ensure the most comfortable and effortless shopping experience, we do not require you to create an account or log in before purchasing.

When you proceed to checkout with the items in your cart, you are required to fill out your Full Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, and Shipping Address.
Once these essential details are entered, you can immediately select your preferred payment option to complete the transaction.

2. Supported Modes of Payment

Through our secure integration with Razorpay (India’s premier payment network), we offer a highly flexible range of payment options to suit your convenience:

Prepaid Online Options:
- UPI: Instantly pay using Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any other verified UPI ID.
- Cards: All major domestic and international Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, and American Express).
- Net Banking: Direct payment from all leading Indian banking institutions.
- Digital Wallets / Pay Later: Applicable digital wallet systems displayed at the checkout counter.
Offline Option:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): If you prefer to pay with cash at the moment your apparel reaches your doorstep, you may opt for our nationwide Cash on Delivery service.

3. Transaction Safety and Financial Privacy

Your digital safety is paramount to us.

Industry-Standard Encryption: All online transactions are routed through Razorpay's securely encrypted SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) environment.
No Stored Financial Data: Komalam never collects, views, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. Your financial credentials are processed purely within Razorpay’s environment in strict compliance with PCI-DSS guidelines.

4. Automated Digital Invoicing & Confirmation

Instant Confirmation: The moment your online prepaid transaction is authorized by Razorpay, or your Cash on Delivery order is successfully submitted, your order is officially registered in our system.
Email Invoices: An automated Order Confirmation Email along with your complete Digital Bill (Invoice) and breakdown of costs will be delivered instantly to the Email ID you specified during checkout.

5. Payment Failures and Discrepancies

In rare scenarios where money is debited from your bank account but the website fails to display an order confirmation, the amount is usually held securely by the banking networks. It will automatically be rolled back to your original source account within 5 to 7 business days.
